1: Download, print and fill out our
Program
and Timetable Options Form and email
to
bree@moonchilddance.com.au.

430 254 to register your school/centre's interest. Classes
book quickly, so to have your school/centre's timetable
preferences in early will ensure a high chance of receiving
your top preferences.
Step
2: Upon completing your school/center's
Timetable Options Form, please email or phone through
your school/center's time preferences a.s.a.p. to have
the best chance of receiving your preferred times and
dates. Your school/center will then be faxed a Starter
Pack which will include the following:

for your nominated Moonchild Dance Instructor. |

copy of Moonchild Dance's insurance cover. |

copy of Moonchild Dance's Child-Safe and Child Friendly
Policy. |

Evaluation Form ~ As noted earlier, the time
taken by supervising teachers to evaluate the quality
of their Moonchild Dance Instructor's teaching performance
is greatly appreciated. This feedback is invaluable.
